Daily equipment inspection and maintenance

1. Check whether the equipment is clean and overall lubricated;
2. Check whether there are sundries on and around the equipment, and keep the equipment and surrounding environment clean;
3. The current of the equipment cannot easily exceed 20A;
4. Whether mobile phones and strong magnetic objects are close to the galvanometer;
5. Pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise during the operation of the equipment;
6. Do not touch the lens with your hands or other objects;
7. Strictly abide by the startup and shutdown procedures of the equipment;
8. If the computer crashes or the software does not respond, turn off the galvanometer switch immediately;
9. Check whether the equipment circuit is well grounded;
10. Check for damaged or missing parts.
